Rory Canfield is a 6-foot-3, 265-pound offensive guard and long snapper. He was also the Highlander's team captain from Helix High School. He was first-team All-CIF, All-Grossmont South League and All-East County. Canfield was twice an honorable mention on the San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic Team. He achieved a 3.45 grade point average and was on the school honor roll. He intends to major in art. He is undecided which college he will attend. Canfield lists his hobbies as art, football, science and listening to music. He is the grandson of Carol Hillier and son of Rhonda Canfield of La Mesa.
